Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and order weight: Within Gujarat: ₹50 per kg Outside Gujarat: ₹100 per kg Shipping charges may vary depending on the final package weight and delivery location. Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated or displayed before order confirmation. For orders eligible for free shipping, the applicable free-shipping terms will apply.

Yes, we deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India. If your location is not serviceable, our team will inform you and assist with available options.

Currently, Ivika Creations ships only within India. We may introduce international shipping in the future.

No. Shop.ivikacreations.com does not accept returns or exchanges for raw materials and craft supplies. All raw-material sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your Order ID, clear photos, and a continuous unboxing video. After verification, we may arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution. Customized or made-to-order products are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) may not be available on all products or locations. Please check at checkout or contact us for current availability.

We currently accept Manual UPI payments for orders placed through shop.ivikacreations.com. After placing your order, you will receive the UPI payment details and instructions. Once the payment is completed, please share the UPI transaction/reference ID or payment confirmation with us for order verification. Note: We never ask for your UPI PIN, OTP, ATM PIN, or banking password.

Delivery time generally depends on your location: Within Gujarat: 2–3 working days Outside Gujarat: 4–5 working days These timelines are estimated after dispatch. Remote or rural locations may take additional time, especially when the order is delivered through India Post.
